HELLO

HELLO it has been a while but let me get down to things. Redlands starts on Thursday a four-day stage race. I have been training hard and took a few days easy and for the first time in a while I am feeling good. I got the new shimano custom fitted shoes they mold to your feet really nice shoe. I got to watch Kayle my teammate tattoo this girl that was kool to watch and see the process of a tattoo. I will leave you with some pics till later!!
