I recently moved into the Ouch team house in Temecula with one goal in mind GOLD. Now everyday I get to live my dream, its going to take a little time to adjust to my new way of life but its all for the better. As of today 10/29/10 I will be attending a Halloween party my costume is awesome. My room mate and I are going as the same thing for its going to be extra awesome! Hello everyone! The race season has started and is going well! I am working on Versus.com videos and the whole Youtube thing. It’s been a lot of fun showing my life as a cyclist, on and off the bike. Hello everyone! Its been a busy winter with track racing in France for my first pro six day and then the world cup in Australia and then having to have some hardware removed form my shoulder witch ended my track season early. So I have been on a unannounced break but its has been a nice change of pace to be home for more then a few days. As some of you know I have been doing vlogs of me training, racing, traveling and some of the fun random stuff that I am doing and posting them on YouTube.com/iamaustincarroll My shoulder is doing great was able to get in a good ride in to kick off the 2010 season its going to be a exciting season with a new team and I will be doing weekly vlogs on Versus.com I am really excited to be doing this. The first videos are up on http://www.versus.com/epiccycle now. I am a all go for racing this year!!! Its going to be a great year!!!

France to Australia

Hey I have been back from France for a week and I am already getting prepared to leave again. Racing in Grenoble was an awesome experience. R acing at the highest level is something I have worked towards for the last two years and making it to that goal is a big accomplishment for me. The races were fast but everything was so smooth. Racing the Madison’s was like a fine tuned clock, there was never any big mistakes and you could close your eyes and know what was going to happen in front of you. Guy and I did not have the best kick off for our first 6 day with Guy getting sick for the first few days then myself getting sick on the last night. Besides that we had a few great days, I got 2nd in the Scratch one night and Guy won a missing out. In between racing there were shows and they were some of the best shows I have seen during a six day, all I have to say that its France! When racing starts at 9 pm and goes to 2 am and sleeping from 4am to 12 pm and then going back to the track do start over again is a crazy life style. I was only 3 hours off from west coast time. The jet lag coming home was not that bad and now I am recovered and heading to Australia on the 15th to race the World Cup! here is a link to a interview! http://www.pezcyclingnews.com/?pg=fullstory&id=7682
