I have spent the last two days not doing a whole lot here at camp. I have been on the trainer training and working on my rap song. I am finally out of the sling and moving my arm. It was kool to meet my new team mates I was able to talk to Tyler Hamilton for a little bit it was weird you think someone is one way from tv,mags and the internet then when you meet them they are normal like you and me. The team is a lot of fun its going to be a good and exciting year for Rock!!!
