8 Months!!!

That’s how long it has been since I have ridden my Mountain bike. I was getting ready to go on a ride when my mom said what about a going on a MTB ride. I thought that would be a good idea. I went to ride some easy trails. I still have it, not to smooth but that is easy to take care of.

HELLO

HELLO it has been a while but let me get down to things. Redlands starts on Thursday a four-day stage race. I have been training hard and took a few days easy and for the first time in a while I am feeling good. I got the new shimano custom fitted shoes they mold to your feet really nice shoe. I got to watch Kayle my teammate tattoo this girl that was kool to watch and see the process of a tattoo. I will leave you with some pics till later!! And as im trying to post this the internet just went down now you have to wait another night im so sorry

MVP

My brother Ryan has been playing soccer since he was 4 and has played in the highest levels that can be played for his age.  Last night he had his senior year banquet for his High School ElModena. As a senior he was voted midfielder MVP and was given yet another stripe for his fourth year on varsity. He also made first team all league for the century league. He is now playing with some colleges and figuring out where he would like to go. He was informed the other night that he will be spending seventeen days in Europe to play with his club team in multiple tournaments, such as the Umbro International, and Arsenal invitational. Way to go Ryan!!

MERCO Credit Union Cycling Classic

The crit was today and fast. All the big teams are here. At the start I and most of the team was at the back. In the first ten laps I was in the same spot where I started, as it was hard for me to move up. With about 20 or so laps to go my back tightened up I have never had that happened. I was not able to ride my bike right and I was moving to the back. I poled myself out, when I got off my bike I could not stand up strait it sucked. I got it worked out and it’s a lot better. For the rest of the team 4 went down they are ok just scraped up a little. ROAD RACE TOMORROW till LATER

Ok its nice to finally have some Internet. The past few weeks I have been living in Santa Monica training. I bought seasons 1 – 4 of Scrubs WHATCHED it all start to finish and seasons 1 – 3 of Family Guy. Today the team drove up to Merced, we have the crit tomorrow and road race Sunday. The team went for an hour ride what fun. Had dinner then played Xbox 360 AND i just got a massage.. till LATER

The road race was hard the heat the head wind was strong and the tail wind was to. Up the hill in the first lap we were moving. On the 3rd lap I did not get a feed and at the long head wind part of the race I started to cramp up and fell out of the field so I did the last two laps on my own.

Today the team road 12 miles to the crit it was overcast that made it feel nice out. The crit was 70 minutes long I sat in for the first 20 minutes. Rock Racing was everywhere, we were in the pack off the front the race was going well. I was feeling good for the first time all week with six laps to go we all moved to the front. There was a black and white train, I was on Rahsaans wheel sweeping, I was having fun bumping around with guys that were trying to sit on the line.  With 3 to go successful living came up the left side and as fast as they came they were gone. Going in to the last lap we were still going strong. Going into last turn I was still on Rahsaans wheel the sprint was long like 250 meters a BMC rider started to move up the left side. Kayle and Rahsaans where right in front of me I hit the pedals and accelerated again beating him to the line ROCK RACING went 1 2 3 Rahsaans with the win Kayle in second and me in third. The TT was good I did it on my road bike with the clip on. I was not arrow missed that by a long shot. Ended up 76 and it was the longest TT I have done. The kits are sweet and the black is not to hot. Well sorry its short it was a TT. Well I need to go to bed ROAD RACE TOMMOROW. TILL LATER

NEW BIKE

THERE IS A WAY…….

The past few days have been good. The training is good, well I can’t say that about my bike, it’s almost time to put it down. I should get my new bike tomorrow. I have my fingers x.   Yesterday the man, the so called weatherman said that it was going to rain and when I started my ride it was warm and I really nice day. I drove home and had dinner with my parents.  I had to return the video camera and got a different one. This is off the topic but why do people have to honk at people on BIKES I hate that, what are they trying to prove that their horn works. Can someone tell me why????? If there are any Qs you have for me ask a way!! I will write a post with answers. Not to hard!!! Till later

MY NAME IS WHAT MY NAME IS……..

It’s days like today, that make me realize why I love to ride my bike. The temperature was perfectly “sunny”, and it was so clear, I could see for miles. On my ride today, I met up with Rudy and got a new front wheel, since I broke a spoke yesterday! Then, we met up with Kayle and went up the PCH. It was absolutely beautiful! Later in the day, Jennie came to visit me and brought along her beach cruisers! We had a lot of fun riding around. In the video jen and I are riding around after dinner………….check it out! TILL LATER.

CALIFORNIA……

Yesterday was a lot of fun. My friend David and I walked around Venice beach. There are a lot of crazy people down there that made this a lot of fun. Met some rapper and went to a freak show. When we got back to the apartment I was locked out. I got up to the 8th floor and had to walk up to the 15th.  With my camera, I videoed some of the day. Its funny most of the time. This will fill in the rest of the day .I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE INTERNET THE LAST FEW DAYS -SORRY!

THIS HAS BEEN A……

All I have to say is I got passed by T mobile and Rabobank today on my ride. Walked on up and down Main Street there are a lot of places to eat and shop oh fun. I just got back from another walk around Main Street and there was a group of girls standing by a liquor store and asked me to get them a pack of cigarettes I ask their age and they said they were 17 I said that its bad for you and they said well if you don’t do it some one else will buy them and I said im not going to be that guy the guy that will buy you poison and I walked away, that felt good to tell them, that they might not stop and I doubt that they will.
